Program and Internship Requirements
Program Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Proof of High School Diploma or GED

Must pass an entrance exam and the interview

Must have a government-issued picture ID (Passport, Driver’s License, State ID)
and a valid Social Security Number
Internship Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Must pass health requirements which include the following:
- Negative TB Test Result
- Hepatitis B Antigen/Antibody blood test
- Physical Examination certified by a doctor that you are medically cleared
to work

CPR Certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) or by the American
Red Cross

Professional Liability Insurance (links provided by the school if needed)
